Satch Herrmann is a Southern California native, born in Orange County and raised in Ventura County. Satch earned his Business Management and Finance degree from California State University, Northridge, where he received honors as a scholar-athlete. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Satch worked for a financial management firm in Westlake Village and a sales brokerage in Thousand Oaks.
For the past several years, Satch has traveled and competed both statewide and nationally in amateur golf tournaments, as well as local events including North Ranch, Saticoy, Spanish Hills, and Sherwood Country Club. His most memorable golf moments include winning medalist honors at the 2015 California State Amateur Championship at Lake Merced Golf Club in San Francisco.
Satch believes his commitment to excellence and competitive drive are great assets that serve his clients well, on both the sale and purchase side of a transaction. He understands the importance of educating his clients every step of the way, making sure he is responsive, detailed, and thorough. Satch holds extreme value in building and maintaining relationships with his friends and clients alike, and when it comes to delivering the best possible service, well, that is just par for the course.
Satch believes in the importance of giving back to his community, and does so by being involved in charity golf events associated with The Boys and Girls Club, The Young and Brave Foundation, among others in Ventura County and the Conejo Valley.
